It must be remembered that the nature of antique and vintage pieces is that they have age and been used, so will show signs of wear and tear. Most of our contemporary pieces have also come via a third party, eg at auction. Items which are brand new will be described as such. Having said that we will 100% guarantee our descriptions. You can have confidence in our knowledge and professionalism.

Refunds

A refund will only be offered if your item arrives not as described. Goods are returned to us at your expense, however we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage if it is deemed we are at fault.

Delivery

Delivery fees for orders within New Zealand are as follows:

• Nationwide $12.50 (large parcel)

• Nationwide $6.90   (small parcel, shoebox size or less)

Following receipt of your payment, please allow 5 working days for delivery unless advised otherwise. All orders can be delivered to rural addresses and PO box numbers.
