This is a delightful Georgian silver coffee pot on a spirit stand.  The coffee pot is baluster form with floral and scroll decoration with a woven handle. It sits on an equally decorated stand with spirit burner. Together they measure 33cm in height. The pieces are both London assayed but have different date codes. The stand is 1802, the coffee pot is 1809. I have identified the maker of the stand as Robert & Sam Hennell. The maker’s marks on the coffee pot are hard to discern. It is in lovely condition however the coffee pot has suffered an indentation at the base on the left hand side (see picture) but does little to detract from this beautiful piece.
